I'm opting out of print through DriveThruRPG due to past complications. It's frustrating because both DriveThru and Amazon use the same print fulfillment, Lightning Source, but for some reason, Amazon is far less cooperative and uncharacteristically more responsive.

There won't be a print + PDF bundle. I'm aware of services that offer this to provide a freebie to book buyers. However, the economic reality is that I earn very little from print books because I keep the price as low as possible for you. My main source of income is from PDFs. Offering a free PDF when I'm only making around $1 from a print book would be counterproductive.
