I’m glad you’re here.
The new moon carries quiet intention. It does not announce itself. It does not rush. It simply begins. This phase asks what wants to take shape, what deserves focus, and what is ready to move forward with care. That is the rhythm behind this issue.
Fantasy remains the first shape this work takes. Not because it is the only genre worth exploring, but because it opens the most doors. It is the familiar welcome. For some readers, that is where the journey stays. For others, it is only the beginning.
Each book I release carries that quiet dual purpose. It meets the reader where they are, and then invites them to look deeper. The Omens series is built on that foundation. Every volume begins with something well known, dragons, spells, seasons, but uses it as a way in. Once the reader is inside, the meaning begins to unfold.
Yes, I continue to publish fantasy. It sustains the work. But more than that, it anchors the larger structure. It makes space for the rest of the catalog to exist. When someone picks up Fireball Omens or Sword Omens, they are stepping into a conversation that goes further than it first appears.
This is a small niche within a small niche. But that is not a limitation. It is a choice. It is the deliberate decision to let the work grow with intention, shaped by resonance rather than reach.
